On the dashboard, complete Fundraising Step #1 only. Add at least 30 accurate supporter names and mobile numbers.

The money raised directly affects what we can provide for our players and the entire Casteel Baseball program. Every family should approach this with the goal of raising as much as possible—not simply completing a requirement.

Follow up after 48 hours. The dashboard shows which contacts still need a follow-up and supplies a ready-to-send message.
Track progress daily. Watch donations in real time during the 7-to-10-day campaign and keep your supporter list moving.
Thank every supporter. A short personal thank-you strengthens the connection and represents Casteel Baseball well.

03Who should be on the supporter list?+
Start with close family, relatives, family friends, neighbors, people from your religious community, co-workers, former coaches, teachers, mentors, and trusted professionals your family knows personally.
04What happens after setup?+
During the 7-to-10-day campaign, families should monitor the dashboard, send the prepared fundraising messages, begin follow-ups after 48 hours, and thank supporters after they donate.
05Can another family member help build the list?+
Yes. In Quick Actions, choose Invite Someone to Help and send the link to another parent, guardian, grandparent, or family member.
