We may collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, phone number, team relationship, alert preferences, form responses, sponsorship or volunteer information, registration details, order details and messages sent to the Booster Club.

For Colts Alerts, we may also receive a push-subscription identifier, device or browser type, consent status, selected teams and topics, and timestamps associated with signup or preference updates. Basic technical information may be processed for security, reliability and website performance.

How we use information

We use submitted information to send requested email or push updates, respond to questions, coordinate volunteers, manage registrations and events, process sponsorships or purchases, maintain program records, prevent abuse and improve the website experience.

We do not use a family’s contact information for unrelated commercial purposes.

Email and push notifications

Casteel Baseball sends email only after a person provides an address, selects topics and confirms permission. Every broadcast email includes an unsubscribe link. Push notifications require device or browser permission and can be turned off through Colts Alerts or device settings.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate website hosting, communications, forms, analytics, registration and payment features. OneSignal supports email and push notifications. Payment providers process payment credentials through their secured systems. Casteel Baseball does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on its website.

These providers may process limited information only as needed to deliver their services and under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies and device storage

The website and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain secure sessions, support notifications, prevent duplicate actions and understand whether features are working.
